Upgrade Pricing
The following table lists the cost to upgrade to the latest version of the software. You are required to be a licensed user of the respective software before this pricing is applicable to you. These costs are applicable when not subscribed to the Annual Software Maintenance Program. For customers who are subscribed to the Annual Software Maintenance Program, updates are free.

Payment Methods
We support the following payment methods via our E-Commerce vendor, Plimus:

- Electronic Check Payment from your Bank Account
- Wire Transfer
- Bank Transfers
- If you want to pay by credit card but do not feel comfortable entering your credit card information into the form, please select Phone or Fax from the payment methods drop-down and complete the other information. You will then be able to phone-in or fax your credit card information.
The Purchase Process

- Select a payment method at the bottom of the order form.
- Enter your personal information on the order form and complete the order process.
- You will receive confirmation of your order including information
about how to access the full version of the software and the license
key, if required. Please make sure your spam filters do not block
emails from
sales@novixys.com. - Delivery of the product is usually instantaneous. However, due to delays in email, it could take upto 24 hours for you to receive the confirmation email. If you have not heard from us withing 24 hours, please accept our apologies and let us know.
Software Maintenance
- Get Free Upgrades -- Add the optional Annual Software Maintenance Program to your order during Check out.
- You will be entitled to receive major upgrades as well as minor bug fix updates during the year for free.
- The Annual Software Maintenance Plan is a subscription plan which will be renewed at the end of every year unless you let us know in advance that you would like to cancel.
- While we will make reasonable efforts to contact you when a new release is available, the best way to get upgrades is to check our website periodically.
