1. Introduction
Swift XML Converter Command Line allows you to import data from one or more XML files and convert it to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, CSV, Text or HTML. It serves as a command line interface to Swift XML Converter (GUI) and allows access to most of the functionality so that these tasks can be scripted and automated.
Among the main features:
Import one or more XML files into a Swift Document (*.XDB) file.
Merge data from two or more XML files intelligently.
Automatically create tables and columns depending on the structure of the XML.
Powerful facilities for querying the XML data to extract just the data you need. No technical expertise (such as XPath or XSLT) required.
Merge data from different tables with join conditions automatically applied to reflect the structure of your XML.
Multiple data export formats supported: Extract XML data to Microsoft Excel (XLS files), Microsoft Access (MDB or ACCDB), CSV, Text or HTML.
Optimized for large files: Large and complex XML files are easily imported without running into large memory requirements.
